How to make redirect post in blogger blog

Often blogs are modified, deleted or edited post above all affecting the seaworthiness of the same so that sometimes we find the typical Error 404. One of the most effective ways to prevent broken links and maintain navigability of our blog is to use the tool Blogger custom redirection.

In this article we will see how to make a permanent redirect from an old URL to a new URL. But before any URL redirect our blogger should know that there are two types of forwarding:

302 redirect: Used to indicate that we have moved a page or URL temporarily, this redirection will use it when for example the website will not be available for a while or we are doing updates.

301 redirect: We use 301 redirects when we change one or more URLs in a Web definitely.

Now let's see how to redirect within Blogger.

Redirecting FROM AN OLD URL to a new URL on Blogger

Step 1: We head to Settings -> Preferences to search engines and click on "Edit" next to custom forwarding.

Step 2: In the from field the URL will redirect old we want in the To field and will the new URL.
